FVG Pro+
- v1.4.7
Updated August 3, 2026
Auto-detects bullish and bearish Fair Value Gaps across your chart and higher timeframes, then tracks each one through its full lifecycle — consequent encroachment, partial fill, and complete mitigation. When a gap fails and price closes through, the FVG Pro+ indicator flags the inversion (IFVG) so you can trade the flip. No manual marking, no missed levels — just a clean, live map of every gap institutions left behind.

Common Questions
How are gaps detected, and does the definition drift?
A three-bar imbalance, read the standard way: a bullish gap where the third bar’s low sits above the first bar’s high, bearish where the third bar’s high sits below the first bar’s low. Direction is set at creation and never re-evaluated — a bullish gap stays bullish for its whole life, whatever price does to it afterwards. What changes is state, not identity.
What's an IFVG, and when does a gap become one?
When price closes through a gap rather than respecting it, the level doesn’t stop mattering — it flips. The zone that failed as support becomes the reference for the move against it. That inversion is tracked as a distinct object with its own styling and lifecycle, and you can decide whether it’s confirmed on a body close or on a wick. That’s the failure play, and it’s the setup a lot of traders are actually here for.
Can I see higher timeframe gaps on my working chart?
Yes — higher timeframe gaps project down onto whatever chart you’re trading, with their own visibility gates separate from your chart’s own gaps. A 4H gap and a 5m gap are different-weight information, so they’re controlled independently: show one, both, or neither, and let inversion follow the timeframe it belongs to rather than one global switch.
How do I know how much of a gap is left?
Fill measurement runs continuously — you see what percentage of the zone has been consumed, and the consequent encroachment line marks the midpoint that ICT treats as the entry reference. A zone that’s 30% filled with its CE untouched is a different proposition from one sitting at 80%, and the display says so without you measuring it.
Will the chart be unreadable with every gap drawn?
Only if you want it to be. There’s a minimum size floor so noise gaps never draw, oversized gaps can be suppressed, filled zones can be trimmed or dimmed, and every zone class has its own show/hide switch grouped in one place. Alerts are equally granular — formation, CE touch, mitigation at a threshold you set, inversion, and inversion invalidation, each independently toggled with a global cooldown so a fast fill cascade doesn’t spam you.
Do I still need FPFVG if I have this?
They overlap by design but answer different questions. Pro+ is the full map — every gap, every timeframe, live state on all of them. FPFVG isolates the single gap that sets the day’s reference and tracks its outcome statistically over time. Run Pro+ for the terrain, FPFVG for the landmark. Both publish live to the rest of the Arsenal, so Command Center can read your gaps when building targets and confluence.
